Service Description

Help us get to know you and your canine better by booking a consultation. Consultations are required for anyone looking at our training options that is new to working with us. They are 30 mins in length and typically are done online unless otherwise specified. During a consultation we: ~ Register for any training ~ Asses your dogs behaviour ~ Discuss your goals & expectations ~ Determine a training plan ~ Answer any questions *Please note: Cancellations must be made no later than 1 week in advance to receive a full refund in order to ensure we can respect the clients on our waiting lists

Cancellation Policy

* Travel Fee's will apply for travel outside of the Westshore The owner of the dog(s) may postpone any Private Training, Group or Socialization options provided 48hrs notice is given to the Focus K9. Cancellations and rescheduling for Consultations must be made no later than 1 week in advance to receive a full refund. Failure to give Focus K9 the appropriate notice of a cancellation will result in the Focus K9 counting said failure as completed and owner will be charged in full. No refunds are available once a session or class has started.
