WHAT This 45-minute consultation allows us to gain a clear understanding of your dog's behavior and provides you with valuable insights on how to achieve your training goals. If you're seeking recommendations on the best program or training option for you and your dog, a consultation is ideal. We want to ensure you're completely confident in your decision to work with us. Please note: A consultation is required for anyone interested in our Private School or Specialized Training Programs. It's also a necessary step for dogs that are reactive, fearful, anxious, overexcitable, or aggressive before enrolling in any of our Private Training options. GOOD FOR ~ Observing your dogs behaviours ~ Providing insight into your dogs behaviours ~ Discussing your goals & expectations ~ Registering for any training programs ~ Determining/recommending a training plan/program ~ Answer any questions or concerns FEATURES - 45 min assessment - In Person or Online - Training Suggestions & Recommendations BOOKING - Book online or contact us - Limited openings available *Travel fee's may apply for in person consultations located outside of the Westshore. WHERE - Herm Williams Park or a park local to you - Online or phone *For the safety of our staff we do not conduct assessments in home unless deemed required by our head trainer. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Adjustments must be made no later than 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit. This is in order to ensure we can respect the clients on our waiting lists.

Cancellation Policy

The owner may cancel or reschedule their consultation and receive a full refund or credit provided 48hrs notice is given to the Focus K9. Failure to give Focus K9 the appropriate notice will result in the Focus K9 counting said failure as completed and owner will be charged in full. No refunds are available once the appointment has started. Please note: Prepayment is required to confirm your appointment. If you have not done so already please complete your payment no later than 48hours before your appointment or your appointment will be cancelled.
