WHAT New to us? Looking for a second opinion? Interested in one of our Private Training Programs? Consultations are a necessary step for anyone looking at our Private Training options who is new to working with us. They help us with an accurate understanding of your dog's behaviour and provide you insight on how to attain your training goals. With our many options and the plethora of information that's out there, we are here to be your dog experts to give you tailored advise to your unique situation. GOOD FOR ~ Observe your dogs behaviours ~ Provide insight into your dogs behaviours ~ Discuss your goals & expectations ~ Registering for any private training programs ~ Determine/recommend a training plan ~ Answer any questions or concerns BOOKING - Book online or contact us - Limited openings available *Travel fee's will apply for in person consultations located outside of the Westshore. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Adjustments must be made no later than 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit. This is in order to ensure we can respect the clients on our waiting lists
Cancellation Policy
The owner may cancel their consultation and receive a full refund or credit provided 48hrs notice is given to the Focus K9. Failure to give Focus K9 the appropriate notice of a cancellation will result in the Focus K9 counting said failure as completed and owner will be charged in full. No refunds are available once the appointment has started. Please note: Prepayment is required to confirm your appointment. If you have not done so already please complete your payment no later than 48hours before your appointment or your appointment will be cancelled.
