Meet and Greet

Service Description

Help us get to know you and your Puppy (dogs under 5 months old) by booking a meet and greet. Meet and greets are required for anyone looking at our puppy program so we can determine your goals, allow you a chance to meet with the trainer and process your registration. Meet and greets are 30 mins in length and are typically done online. During a consultation we: ~ Discuss your goals & expectations ~ Provide Information about the Puppy Program ~ Answer any questions ~ Register for training *Please note: Cancellations must be made no later than 1 week in advance to receive a full refund

Cancellation Policy

* Travel Fee's will apply for travel outside of the Westshore The owner of the dog(s) may postpone any Private Training, Group or Socialization options provided 48hrs notice is given to the Focus K9. Cancellations and rescheduling for Consultations must be made no later than 1 week in advance to receive a full refund. Failure to give Focus K9 the appropriate notice of a cancellation will result in the Focus K9 counting said failure as completed and owner will be charged in full. No refunds are available once a session or class has started.
