On sidewalks and roads dogs need to be “up short but slack on the leash”. Handlers need to wear comfortable foot wear and weather appropriate clothing. Please be mindful of how and when you use rewards (not in proximity to other dogs). PLEASE NOTE: Owners and their dogs are participating at their own risk.
