If your dog is reactive or aggressive please contact us BOOKING - Book online - Drop in flexibility - Maximum 4 spots available WHAT Take your dog's Trail Manners to the next level with our Level 2 course, building upon the solid foundations established in Level 1. Delve deeper into understanding your dog's motivations and behaviours while honing essential skills for navigating more distracting environments. This course is designed to elevate off-leash control and confidence on the trails. Our Level 2 Trail Manners course takes you out on the trail to practice the skills you've developed in Level 1. Individuals who have the confidence to start practicing off leash with their dog are welcome and encouraged to do so in this class. Not ready for a more challenging environment? We recommend enrolling in Level 1 again or checking out some of our other group options. GOOD FOR - Dogs older than 6 months old - Dogs who have taken our Level 1 Trail Manners course - Intermediate to Advanced training stages - Owners who have recently taken a formal obedience course - Owners who have taken a course with us before WHERE Westshore Location determined closer to date WHEN See our booking calendar for upcoming sessions! WHAT TO BRING - 6ft leash - 15-30ft leash - A collar with a current ID tag - Any current training equipment - Water - Rewards (toy or food) SAFETY The goal is to keep every person and dog safe, so maintaining distance between dog and handler teams is crucial, unless otherwise instructed. On sidewalks and roads dogs need to be “up short but slack on the leash”. Handlers need to wear comfortable foot wear and weather appropriate clothing. Please be mindful of how and when you use rewards (not in proximity to other dogs). PLEASE NOTE: Owners and their dogs are participating at their own risk. DON"T FEEL EMBARRASSED We are all in this together, as a group we are here to encourage and support each other and all of the dogs. No one should feel embarrassed if their dog acts out and is reactive, our purpose is to help them learn new ways of coping and alternate behaviors.
