WHERE Royal Bay High School (student parking lot) SAFETY The goal is to keep every person and dog safe, so maintaining distance between dog and handler teams is crucial, unless otherwise instructed. On sidewalks and roads dogs need to be “up short but slack on the leash”. Handlers need to wear comfortable foot wear and weather appropriate clothing. Please be mindful of how and when you use rewards (not in proximity to other dogs). PLEASE NOTE: Owners and their dogs are participating at their own risk. DON"T FEEL EMBARRASSED We are all in this together, as a group we are here to encourage and support each other and all of the dogs. No one should feel embarrassed if their dog acts out and is reactive, our purpose is to help them learn new ways of coping and alternate behaviours.
