Our Classic Outings provide a private, structured neighbourhood walk designed to maintain the training your dog already has in place. Each walk reinforces leash manners, supports calm behaviour, and offers enriching sniff time without overstimulation. These sessions keep your dog grounded and focused while giving them reliable exercise close to home.

Ideal for busy owners or dogs who benefit from consistent routine, Classic Outings help uphold your dog’s everyday exercise routine. With professional handling, predictable structure, pick-up and drop-off, and a personalized report card after each walk, your dog returns home relaxed and exercised.

Booking Process
Contact to Book​
All requests must be submitted through our Inquiry form (top of page) or emailing us directly at info@focuscanine.com. Please include your requested dates and service needs.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. All requests are reviewed prior to approval.

Consultation
All new clients are required to complete a consultation before booking is approved.

Meet & Greet
Once dates are approved, an in-person Meet and Greet with the assigned canine caregiver is required for all new bookings.
The meet and greet allows your pet to become familiar with their canine caregiver and ensures clear communication regarding routines, access, and care expectations. Pet sitting services will not begin without a completed meet and greet.

Service & Care
Services begin only after all booking requirements and payments have been completed and approved. Services are provided in accordance with the agreed schedule and care instructions, with reasonable professional discretion applied when safety or welfare requires adjustments.

Payments &
Deposits
Payment is due in full before the appointment.

No refunds apply once Service begins.
Cancellation
& Rescheduling
Please email us at info@focuscanine.com should you need to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Unused sessions may convert to credit, expiring in one (1) year.
