WHAT This 45-minute consultation allows us to gain a clear understanding of your dog's behavior and provides you with valuable insights on how to achieve your training goals. If you're seeking recommendations on the best program or training tools for you and your dog, a consultation is ideal. We want to ensure you're completely confident in your decision to work with us. Please note: A consultation is required for anyone with dogs that are reactive, fearful, anxious, overexcitable, or aggressive before enrolling in any of our Private Training options. INCLUDES - 45 min assessment - In Person or Online - Training Suggestions & Recommendations
Cancellation Policy
Focus K9 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Focus K9, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring the best possible training experience for all clients. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy to avoid unnecessary charges. Cancellation & Rescheduling: More than 48 Hours' Notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule a session and receive a full refund or credit if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided before the session start time. Less than 48 Hours' Notice: If a client does not provide 48 hours' notice, the session will be considered completed, and the full session fee will be charged. Refunds & Credits: Emergency Cancellations: In the case of an emergency, requests for refunds or credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis No-Show Policy: Failure to give proper notice will result in the session being charged in full. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our policies, which allow us to provide a fair and efficient service for all clients
