Details
Our Calm and Confident program provides the training you need for advanced behavioural training. Teaching you skills to navigate public spaces and create a calmer more confident dog who can successfully thrive in your lifestyle. This package includes targeted training exercises to reach your goals and includes 5 Private Training sessions as well as 2 Socialization classes of your choice. INCLUDED - 5, 1-hour in-person or online training sessions - 2, Socialization Classes (adult social, group training walk, polite greetings) - Online Training Resources - Training sessions geared for reactive, anxious, fearful or aggressive dogs. WHERE - Local Park, Owner’s Home, Private Training Field NOTE: Travel fee's will apply for in person appointments located outside our service area. SERVICE AREA: Westshore, View Royal and some parts of Saanich, Victoria and Esquimalt - please contact us if you have any questions. BOOKING - Please contact us or book a consultation online WHEN - Book sessions around your schedule - Frequency tailored to your preference & our recommendation - Appointments available 7 days a week, mornings, afternoons and evenings
Cancellation Policy
Focus K9 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Focus K9, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring the best possible training experience for all clients. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy to avoid unnecessary charges. Cancellation & Rescheduling: More than 48 Hours' Notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule a session and receive a full refund or credit if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided before the session start time. Less than 48 Hours' Notice: If a client does not provide 48 hours' notice, the session will be considered completed, and the full session fee will be charged. Refunds & Credits: Emergency Cancellations: In the case of an emergency, requests for refunds or credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund or credit is granted, a $50 administrative fee may be deducted from the refunded amount. No-Show Policy: Failure to give proper notice will result in the session being charged in full. What If I'm Late? If you are running late, please contact us to let us know—we understand that delays can happen! Shortened Sessions: Sessions will be shortened by the amount of time you are late. If our schedule can accommodate additional time we will try our best. 15 Minutes or More: If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not hear from you, the lesson will be considered complete, and the full session fee will still apply.
