Start your new relationship out right with our 6 week Puppy Program where we put you on the path of becoming a responsible and educated dog owner. This program is more than just your average puppy lesson. We teach you how to train & raise a confident, optimistic puppy suited for all your West coast adventures. All the lessons are tailored to your needs from the comfort of your home or quiet local park. ​ Before your 6 week program starts we like to arrange a virtual meeting with you to discuss your lifestyle and goals with your new puppy. This ensures we tailor our program to your specific goals. The meet and greet is also a great opportunity to get to know the trainer, ask them questions and specify your specific needs. To arrange a meet and greet we require a $50 deposit that goes towards your program. Upon enrolment in our program, you'll receive exclusive access to our comprehensive online learning resources. Benefit from instructional videos and exclusive access to downloadable materials, ensuring your family remains well-informed and stays on track throughout the learning journey. Cancellation Policy

The owner of the dog(s) may postpone any Private Training session and receive a full refund or credit provided 48hrs notice is given to the Focus K9. Failure to give Focus K9 the appropriate notice of a cancellation will result in the Focus K9 counting said failure as completed and owner will be charged in full. No refunds are available once a session or class has started. After the session has started no refunds are available.
