Foundational Manners

Resuming Spring 2026

A group course for introducing controlled distractions and learning how to navigate failure for developing your dogs foundations to fade assistance and management

Details

More than your average manners class, this program goes beyond simple cues. You’ll learn how to teach your dog to settle, walk politely on leash, succeed off leash, and navigate real-world challenges through structured exercises and engaging activities.

Our Foundational Manners Group course offers the perfect, semi-private environment for starting or continuing training with your puppy or adolescent dog. Build confident basic-to-intermediate skills in a supportive small-group setting at a local park. Every exercise can be tailored to your dog’s skill level, ensuring the right balance of challenge and success.

Struggling with Problem Behaviours?

Stay after class and feel free to ask your trainer about any problem behaviours you’re experiencing—such as jumping, nipping, or demand barking. Our goal is to help you become a confident, responsible dog owner and guide you in seamlessly integrating training into your everyday lifestyle.
