These programs are designed specifically for owners who want us to do the hard work for them. These programs are exclusively and only offered at Focus K9 providing a more modern and tailored alternative to traditional board and train options. WHAT This 4-session add-on is the perfect way to fast-track your private lessons without committing to a full program. Led by our Head Certified Trainer, each one-hour training outing builds on the work you’re already doing, offering extra behavioral support, structured practice, and tailored goals to fit your dog’s needs. During these outings, we focus on reinforcing foundational skills, improving problem areas, and strengthening engagement in real-life settings. Each session is designed to give your dog valuable one-on-one training while giving you the benefit of professional consistency between your lessons. Cancellation Policy
Focus K9 Training Outing Policy At Focus K9, we value your commitment to our training programs and strive to ensure clarity regarding deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling. Please read the following policy carefully. Deposit Information: Deposit Requirement: To secure your program start date, a 50% deposit of the total program fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining payment is due no later than 48hours before the start of your dogs first lesson or your program may be cancelled. Refund Policy: Full Refund: The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule your program start date at least 1 weeks before the scheduled start date. Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 1 week of the program start date. Cancellation & Rescheduling of Sessions: Owners may cancel or reschedule their sessions at any time prior to the start of the service. Services are considered started upon arrival at the Owner’s address or meeting location. Owners have 1 year to use any unused "training outing" credits. Non-Refundable Fees: Once the program or session is started fee's are non-refundable, and only credits are available with the proper notice outlined above. Health Disclosure Requirement: Owners agree to notify the Company of any illnesses their dog(s) may have prior to the start of the session and address any concerns within 24 hours of the completion of the service.
