Our consultation is a 45–60 minute assessment designed to understand your dog’s behaviour, lifestyle, and goals so we can recommend the most appropriate training program. You’ll also see how our training works in real time, giving you clarity and confidence before starting any program.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of **48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule** is required for a full refund or credit. Failure to give the required notice will result in the session being charged in full. Emergencies are dealt with on a case by case basis and a refund may be issued minus a $50+gst administrative fee.
