Cancellation Policy

Private training sessions require a minimum of **48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule**. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made **24–48 hours before the scheduled session** are subject to a 50% session fee. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made **less than 24 hours before the scheduled session** are subject to the full session fee (100%). If a **client arrives late**, the session will be shortened accordingly, and the full session fee will still apply. Emergencies are dealt with on a case by case basis and a refund may be issued minus a $50+gst administrative fee. Failure to give proper notice will result in being charged for a full session.
