A private training session is one-on-one, in-person dog training in Victoria, BC, without committing to a full program. Each lesson is tailored to your dog's behaviour, your goals and your lifestyle, and can take place at your home or a local park.
It's a good fit if you want to try our approach, have a more limited budget, or have a specific skill to work on. If you want a structured path from first manners to off-leash reliability, our programs are the better value.

How much is a private dog training session in Victoria, BC? A 30-minute session is $75 plus GST and a 60-minute session is $135 plus GST.
Where do private sessions take place? At your home or a local park. We serve the Westshore, Esquimalt, View Royal and Saanich, with travel fees for Metchosin, Sidney, Victoria, Oak Bay, parts of Saanich and some areas of Esquimalt.
What can we work on in a session? House manners, obedience, polite walking, distraction management, impulse control, reactivity, aggression, anxiety and more, tailored to your dog.
Do I need to commit to a program? No. Single sessions are pay per session with no curriculum commitment. Programs such as Foundational Manners offer a structured path for ongoing training.
Is there an extra fee for behavioural issues? Additional training fees apply for guidance on behavioural issues such as over-excitement, aggression, fear, reactivity, resource guarding and separation anxiety.
