Puppy Manners is private puppy training in Victoria, BC for puppies under 6 months. It introduces essential obedience and proper socialization, and gives you the foundation to carry your puppy through this phase and beyond.

When should I start training my puppy? As early as your veterinarian says it is safe to be around other dogs and public spaces. The early weeks are the best time to build good habits and positive experiences. Check vaccination timing with your vet.
What does puppy training include? Puppy Manners includes 5 private sessions, a virtual meet and greet, a personalized training leash, tailored socialization, an online training course and an introduction to obedience and manners.
How do I reserve a private program? Reach out to us to book your virtual meet & greet. Upon booking, a $50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking and is applied towards your program should you decide to move forward.
What age is Puppy Manners for? Puppies under 6 months. Dogs past puppy age move on to Foundational Manners.
What comes after Puppy Manners training? Most dogs continue to Foundational Manners, then Public Manners, and for owners who want off-leash reliability, Total Control.
My puppy is already showing fear or reactivity. Is this the right program? Possibly not. An in person consultation ($90) will confirm whether Puppy Manners or our behavioural program, Calm & Confident, is the better fit.
